When should you stick with Zoho Campaigns?
1. You already use Zoho CRM
This is the biggest factor. Zoho Campaigns integrates deeply with Zoho CRM because they are built by the same company. Contact sync, deal tracking, lead scoring, pipeline triggers. If you are already in the Zoho ecosystem, staying there makes sense. We cannot match this integration depth.
2. You need SMS marketing
Zoho Campaigns includes SMS alongside email. Sequenzy is email-only. If multi-channel messaging matters to your strategy, Zoho has you covered.
3. Budget is your primary concern
Zoho Campaigns costs $35-50/month for 10,000 subscribers. Sequenzy costs $49/month. If price is your main decision factor and you do not need SaaS-specific features, Zoho is cheaper. Their free tier (2,000 contacts) is also larger than ours (2,500 emails/mo, unlimited contacts).
4. You want hundreds of templates
Zoho offers 240+ mobile-responsive templates. We have around 20. If you prefer picking from a large template library rather than using AI generation or building from scratch, Zoho wins here.
5. You prefer an established company
Zoho Corporation was founded in 1996 and serves millions of customers. We are a newer platform. If track record and company stability are priorities, Zoho has more history.
6. You need A/B testing right now

How to Migrate from Zoho Campaigns to Sequenzy
Step 1: Export Your Contacts
Export your contact lists from Zoho Campaigns as CSV. Include email addresses, names, tags, custom fields, and list memberships.
Step 2: Create Your Sequenzy Account
Sign up at Sequenzy and connect your Stripe account. This automatically syncs subscription data, MRR, and churn signals.
Step 3: Set Up Domain Authentication
Add DNS records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Sequenzy provides the exact records during onboarding.
Step 4: Import Your Contacts
Upload your CSV export to Sequenzy. Map email addresses, names, tags, and custom attributes. List memberships will transfer as tags.
Step 5: Recreate Your Templates and Automations
Rebuild your email templates using Sequenzy's editor or AI generation. Recreate automation workflows in the visual builder. Note that SMS automations won't transfer since we're email-only.
Step 6: Set Up Transactional Emails
If you were using ZeptoMail separately, consolidate your transactional emails into Sequenzy. Password resets, receipts, and notifications can all run from one platform.
Step 7: Update Integrations
Replace any Zapier integrations connecting Zoho to Stripe with Sequenzy's native Stripe sync. Update any API integrations to use Sequenzy's REST API.
