How We Compare Email Tools

Sequenzy writes its comparison, alternatives and “X vs Y” pages. Sequenzy is our own product, and it appears on these pages, usually highlighted, with links to sign up. Read every page with that in mind.

We try to make that bias easy to check: claims about other tools link to the vendor's own documentation or pricing page, and where Sequenzy falls short, the page says so.

• Pricing is checked against each vendor's public pricing page. Pages show the date it was checked and link to the page it was checked against.
• API, CLI and MCP access and the data export tables come from vendor developer docs, API references, MCP tool lists, help centers, changelogs and the vendor's GitHub. Each answer links to the page that confirms it. If we could not confirm something, the table says “Not confirmed” rather than guessing.
• An MCP server counts as official only when the vendor publishes it for that product and it can act on your account. Servers for a different product from the same vendor, servers that only search documentation, and apps that only run inside Claude or ChatGPT are labelled as such.
• Sequenzy's own facts, such as prices, features and MCP tools, come from the same data and code that run the product, so they update when the product changes.

• User reviews are quoted from public review sites such as Trustpilot and G2 and link to the original. We do not write or edit them. Where we show two, we pick the highest and lowest rated so you see both sides.
• A tool's Trustpilot score is shown only when its profile has at least 20 reviews.
• Sequenzy's rating is its 4.9 rating on G2.

Star scores for other tools on alternatives lists are our editorial scores, not an average of user reviews. They reflect how well each tool fits the use case the page is about. The order of each list is also our editorial choice, and Sequenzy is placed where we think it fits.

Each page shows an “Updated” date: the later of when its text last changed and when the tool data on it was last checked. Pricing and product facts change often, so check the linked source before making a decision that depends on one detail.
