Co-founder & CEO, Sequenzy

Nic Polotnianko co-founded Sequenzy in 2025 and, as CEO, still builds the product, writes most of the Sequenzy blog, and answers customer support personally.
Nic started building products for clients at 17 and began launching independent products at 21. After working as a software engineer, Nic left a full-time job in 2024 to grow BlogToPin, a Pinterest marketing tool for websites and blogs, into a profitable SaaS whose revenue is verified on TrustMRR.
Running SaaS products meant sending a lot of email: onboarding, billing and failed-payment emails, product updates and newsletters, spread across separate tools and custom webhook code. Sequenzy is the platform built to replace that setup, and the comparisons on this site come from that experience and from running email for more than 5,000 customers.
“Came across Sequenzy, and the support from Nic has been unbelievable.”
“Nic is always available, responds quickly, and is genuinely keen to improve the platform.”
“I run a SaaS, and found Nic on X where I kept seeing posts about his email marketing tool, Sequenzy.”
