aloyoga moves from a welcome discount to a same-day restock, then into near-daily product and seasonal emails. Short, product-led subjects and recurring shipping information keep the email sequence focused on shopping.

The first email, "Welcome to ALO," confirms the subscriber is on the list and gives a first-purchase discount. It also sets expectations around future drops and restocks. The next arrival is "RESTOCKED," sent on the same date, shifting the sequence from onboarding to a back-in-stock product message.
That restock email focuses on previously unavailable best-selling styles and uses one shopping call to action. It also puts shipping, returns, and payment options alongside the product message. In the sequence, the new-subscriber welcome is followed quickly by inventory news rather than another broad brand introduction.
After the two emails on the first date, aloyoga sends product or seasonal messages on each of the next four dates, pauses for one date, then sends two more product launches. The sequence moves through neutral shades, a sheer collection, a micro chenille set, fall styles, a new green color, and cooler-weather essentials.
Product launches make up 63% of the emails in this sample. The subjects keep each message tied to a specific drop or product idea: "Espresso, Java, Ivory and More," "Just Dropped: Semi Sheer Oasis," and "New: Velvety Soft Set." The preview texts add mood or context, including "The neutrals your closet is craving" and "Make way for micro chenille." A similar structure would give each launch a concrete naming hook, then use preview text to add feeling, material, or seasonal context.
Free shipping appears in every email after the welcome message, including the restock, four product-grid emails, the fall campaign, and the final product launch. Returns and payment options also recur in the email content, with Afterpay called out in several messages. Purchase logistics are therefore a recurring part of the changing product story rather than appearing in only one email.
The visual treatment varies by message. The neutral, sheer, chenille, and Bamboo Green launches use product grids, while the restock relies on a single call to action. The final "Just Dropped: New Season Essentials" email is the only one marked as personalized. In this set, grids support launches featuring several products, the restock uses one call to action, and personalization appears only in the final email.
