About Paul
Paul is a solo founder who builds businesses around life, not the other way around. PaulVibe is Paul's founder site: free playbooks on email marketing, growing on X and automating a business, and a free Email System Kit for indie hackers and solo builders.
Paul runs five products with no team. One of them is Forgefy, a marketing tool for founders with several products: it turns one product update into posts, emails and articles in each product's own voice, and publishes only what you approve.
Email is the business
Paul has used email marketing tools for years, starting with Mailchimp and then ActiveCampaign. For Paul, email isn't a side channel: 91% of Paul's sales come from email.
That makes the tool a big decision. But with five products and no team, setting up new flows was always the bottleneck. Each new sequence meant planning it, writing every email, wiring up the triggers and tags, and testing it, and that work took months.
I've used email marketing tools for years, starting with Mailchimp and then ActiveCampaign. 91% of my sales come from email, so the tool really matters to me.

17 sequences in under a month
When Paul moved paulvibe.com to Sequenzy, the pace changed. In less than a month, Paul set up 17 live sequences with over 100 emails.
When I moved my founder site paulvibe.com to Sequenzy, I set up 17 live sequences with over 100 emails in less than a month. That used to take me months.
Building through Claude
The difference is how the work gets done. Paul runs everything through Claude with Sequenzy's MCP server:
- Describe the flow. Paul tells Claude what the sequence should do and who it's for.
- Claude builds it. Claude creates the sequence and its emails in Sequenzy.
- Claude tags the right people. Subscribers get the tags that put them in the right flow.
- Claude sends a test. Paul checks the test email before anything goes live.
Paul doesn't spend evenings in an automation builder clicking through triggers and steps. The plan lives in the conversation, and the result lands in Sequenzy, ready to review.
I run everything through Claude with the Sequenzy MCP. I describe the flow I want, and Claude builds it, tags the right people and sends me a test.
From founder site to SaaS
paulvibe.com was the first test. It worked so well that Paul moved the Forgefy SaaS to Sequenzy too. Both businesses now run their email in Sequenzy, built the same way through Claude.
It worked so well that I now run my SaaS forgefy.io on it too.
A team that listens
Paul also sends product suggestions, and they're usually picked up almost right away. For a founder whose sales depend on email, that matters as much as the features.
The team is great: when I suggest something, it's usually picked up almost right away. That gives me a lot of trust in where the product is going.
For a solo founder, setup time decides what actually gets built. With Sequenzy and Claude, a flow Paul thinks of in the afternoon can be live the same night.
