LandingBoost set up email marketing from Cursor in minutes and started making revenue

Yusuke had never done email marketing. He set LandingBoost's whole account up in minutes by talking to Cursor instead of learning a dashboard, started sending marketing emails, and they are already producing revenue.

About LandingBoost

LandingBoost scans SaaS landing pages, scores clarity, relevance, trust, and action, names the conversion bottleneck, and points to the one First Edit to make before sending more traffic.

Founder Yusuke builds it in public. Email was the one part of growing it he had never done before.

The starting point: no email marketing experience

This was not a migration off a heavyweight marketing stack. Yusuke had no email program running and no playbook to copy from a previous company.

That changed what mattered about the tool. The risk for a first-time sender is not missing a feature. It is picking something where every idea feels one click away from going to the entire list, because that is the feeling that makes founders quietly stop doing email.

Still figuring email out, so this isn't a "Sequenzy 3x'd revenue" story. More like: it's the first tool where I'm actually willing to keep working on email without it turning into one giant scary blast.

Yusuke, Founder of LandingBoost

The setup: minutes, from Cursor

Yusuke never sat down to learn a dashboard. He set the whole account up in minutes by talking to Cursor, the editor he already builds LandingBoost in.

That works because Sequenzy is operable by agents, not just by people. Subscribers, lists, campaigns, sequences, and delivery stats are all readable and writable through the MCP server, so an agent can build something and then check what it actually did.

For someone with no email background, that removed the worst step. There was no tool to learn before there was anything to send.

What made it stick: drafts, campaigns, and one-to-one sends

Drafts are not campaigns. Campaigns are not single-person sends. A parked sequence is not live automation. Labels and lists give Yusuke somewhere to leave unfinished work without it sitting next to a send button.

Favorite part is still what I said, being able to split stuff. Drafts vs campaigns vs a single-person send. I can park a lot of "don't send this yet" work with labels and not feel like it's one click away from going to everyone.

For a founder still building the email habit, that separation matters more than speed. It is what makes the second send happen.

The result: revenue from the marketing emails

Yusuke started sending marketing emails, and they started producing revenue.

For a founder who had never run email before, that is the result that matters: the channel began paying for itself before it was fully built out. Revenue attribution ties each conversion back to the email that produced it, so the result is not something he has to take on faith.

What is next: consent and lists first

Yusuke is still not rushing to switch on every automation.

sequences later. consent / lists first. i'm slow on purpose.

The plan is to keep building the audience model, keep learning which messages should be a campaign and which should be a 1:1 send, and graduate the repeatable work into sequences when it has earned it.

Set up email from the editor you already work in

Point your agent at Sequenzy, let it build the lists and campaigns, and keep drafts, sends, and sequences in separate lanes while you learn what your audience wants.
