Klarify combines immediate verification with a seven-email onboarding sequence that teaches practical workflows across days 0 through 6. Its founder-voice, mostly plain-text messages move from product guidance to a trial-extension offer.

The first email is an account verification message: “969353 is your verification code”, with preview text “Your Klarify verification code”. It confirms the recipient’s email address and includes security guidance for an unrecognized request. The next email arrives on day 0 and begins the Klarify onboarding sequence with “Try Klara in 5 minutes (no recording needed)”.
The Klarify onboarding sequence contains seven emails, arriving from day 0 through day 6. Its content covers creating a structured note, handling consent conversations, asking Klara a question, drafting clinical letters, using reflection questions and treatment plans, and trying workflows highlighted in a customer story. The sequence therefore presents several practical uses of the product over successive days.
After the two day 0 emails, Klarify sends one onboarding email on each of days 1 through 6. On day 5, a company news email about the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy arrives alongside the onboarding message. On day 6, the sequence closes with “1 day left to extend your trial”, offering 7 additional free days when the recipient adds a payment card.
The offer email also names three ways to use the product before the trial ends. The sequence therefore places a trial-extension offer after several onboarding messages covering different product uses.
Founder voice appears in 89% of the emails, and several subjects use personal observations or questions, including “How most therapists handle the consent question”, “I was wrong about what therapists wanted”, and “The letter you've been dreading”. The median subject line length is 40 characters.
Plain text appears in six emails, and six emails use a single call to action. The testimonial email, ““It changed not only how I work, but how I live””, is the only email identified with social proof and uses teal; the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy email also uses teal. The verification email is the only one with explicitly supplied preview text, and “Your Klarify verification code” restates the subject’s purpose.
How often, when and how Klarify emails its subscribers, measured from every email we received.
