Build assessment reports in Klarify. Here's what changed in our terms. View in browser Hi there, We've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, effective today, September 30, 2026. One change takes effect on November 1, 2026: we may use de-identified, aggregated information to improve Klarify. For example, if many therapists ask Klara to shorten their notes, we might add a "Shorten" button. We remove anything that could identify you or your clients first. We never use your data to train AI, and we never sell it. We've also added two service providers: Trigger.dev, which runs report generation, and Deepgram, which can transcribe sessions alongside AssemblyAI. Both are bound by Business Associate Agreements with us, keep no copy of your data, and never use it to train AI. You don't need to do anything.
