Wolf & Badger starts with “Welcome 🖤” on day 0, introducing its independent and ethical marketplace, responsible retail approach and a 10% first-order offer. A product-led jewellery launch follows on day 0 with “Jewels Of The Moment”, so a new subscriber receives both brand context and a shopping edit immediately.
The five-email Wolf & Badger onboarding sequence includes “Welcome 🖤” on day 0, “Discover Wolf & Badger 🤍” on day 1, “We Know Your Taste” on day 1, “Your Exclusive 10% Ends Soon 🖤” on day 2 and “Master The Art Of Layering” on day 3. It moves from marketplace education to curated recommendations, bestsellers and seasonal outerwear. A recurring “What's New?” newsletter arrives on day 2, followed by a flash-sale announcement on day 5 and a reminder on day 6.
The welcome discount appears in the first email's preview text, “Here's 10% off”, and returns in “Your 10% off is waiting”. The day-2 onboarding email adds urgency with “Your Exclusive 10% Ends Soon 🖤” while its content directs subscribers toward bestsellers. The outerwear email also offers a discount on the first order, giving the offer a shopping context alongside coats, jackets and seasonal edits.
Later, the commercial message changes from a first-order incentive to a limited-time sale of up to 30% off selected products. The day-5 email announces it with “Shop it while you can”, and the day-6 follow-up uses “Your favourites are on sale for a limited time”. You can copy this progression by introducing one clear acquisition offer, attaching it to different product edits, then using a separate sale message with a reminder.
Wolf & Badger's subjects include welcome language, product themes and urgency. “Jewels Of The Moment”, “What's New?” and “Master The Art Of Layering” identify the content inside the email, while “We Know Your Taste” introduces a recommendation based on the subscriber's style. Emojis appear in “Welcome 🖤”, “Discover Wolf & Badger 🤍” and “Your Exclusive 10% Ends Soon 🖤”, but not in every subject.
Product grids appear in both welcome emails, the product launch, every onboarding email, and the day-5 flash-sale email. Discount codes appear in the Welcome, Discover, Exclusive 10% and Layering emails. Personalization is limited to the Welcome and We Know Your Taste emails, supporting the marketplace introduction and a curated edit.
