About InstantInterior AI
InstantInterior AI turns a room photo into a photorealistic redesign in minutes. Homeowners, interior designers, and real estate professionals can try styles, guide edits with prompts or inspiration images, and generate presentation-ready results without committing to a physical renovation first.
At publication, the product had generated more than 28,500 designs for over 10,700 users. Founder Max Eccles is a solo maker who shares the process of building and growing his products in public.
The starting point: no email marketing
InstantInterior AI already had a product people wanted to try, but it did not have email marketing running. New users could generate a free render and explore the product, but there was no automated email channel continuing that relationship.
For Max, adding email could not become another long implementation project. He is a solo maker; the setup had to be faster than the opportunity cost of everything else on his list.
The setup: live in two minutes
Max set up InstantInterior AI's email marketing in Sequenzy in about two minutes. There was no migration to manage and no existing automation stack to untangle. He went from no email marketing to a live, measurable system in a single sitting.
Revenue attribution was part of the loop from the start, so email performance did not stop at opens and clicks. Max could see when a conversion turned into money.
The first month: nearly $600 in additional revenue
The first 30-day snapshot, covering June 11 through July 11, showed what that two-minute setup produced. Max shared the result publicly:
- $594 in additional revenue from 12 conversions in the first month.
- 97.0% deliverability across 5,783 emails sent, with 5,609 delivered.
- A 44.7% open rate and 26.7% click rate, showing that the new channel was reaching and engaging users.
Email marketing went from nonexistent to a meaningful revenue channel without taking a meaningful amount of Max's time to launch.
The feedback loop: requested and shipped the same day
Once Max saw the revenue coming in, his next question was which individual emails were producing it:
Would be cool if analytics showed top performing emails :)
Max Eccles, Founder of InstantInterior AI
Sequenzy delivered the feature the same day. The account overview now includes a Best emails view that ranks messages by revenue, so Max can move directly from seeing the result to improving it.
The whole story happened at solo-founder speed: two minutes to launch email marketing, nearly $600 in new revenue in the first month, and one product request turned into a shipped feature before the day was over.
