MY ACCOUNT DRINKLMNT.COM STOCK UP Hi there, Our pomegranate gummy worms were a big hit last year. So I thought I’d send you the recipe in time for Halloween. The gummy worm’s popularity makes sense considering Halloween runs on candy. I say embrace the fun of candy season but make low-sugar swaps when you have the time. This homemade candy recipe takes five minutes of hands-on time and is one of the easier ones in my family’s rotation. Ingredients: 1.5 cups water OR pomegranate juice 1 stick pack LMNT Citrus Salt OR Watermelon Salt 4 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin Directions: In a small saucepan, combine the water or pomegranate juice with the LMNT stick pack. Whisk in the gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat, pour into a gummy worm mold or a square dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy! This Raspberry Hot Chocolate takes the classic mug of cocoa but adds a tart edge and a full dose of electrolytes. It’s great for any cozy night in, but it might be an especially good choice for the grown-ups who are chaperoning or waiting for kiddos to return from trick-or-treating.
