Archbee starts with duplicate verification messages, then moves through onboarding emails on days 1 through 6. Its playful subjects, day-labeled previews, and single-CTA design characterize the onboarding sequence.
Automated emails sent in order, on a timeline.
Standalone emails first, then the emails from its sequences, each in the order they arrived.

The first messages are two identical account verification emails with the subject line "Confirm your account with Archbee!" and the same preview text, "Confirm your account with Archbee!". Both welcome the recipient and ask them to verify their email address by clicking a verification link, so the opening includes a repeated completion request rather than a product lesson.
A separate welcome email also arrives on day 0. Its subject line, "Welcome to Archbee (we promise not to document your every move)!", uses humor, while the preview text, "Your 7-Day Learning Journey Starts Now", introduces a 7-day learning journey. The sequence then moves to Spaces and publishing on day 1, collaboration on day 2, review on day 3, Docs as Code on day 4, Ask AI on day 5, and scaling tools on day 6.
Archbee's onboarding sequence moves from documentation setup to broader workflow features. It starts with creating a documentation Space, then covers custom branding, real-time editing, presence indicators, inline comments, and assigning a reviewer. Later emails ask users to connect GitHub or GitLab for version-controlled documentation, introduce Ask AI, and invite them to manage documentation at scale with variables, snippets, and portals.
The sequence contains seven onboarding emails, and onboarding is the most common kind in this set at 56%. The onboarding emails invite users to explore or try specific product areas. Every message uses one CTA. Every onboarding email is personalized, while the collaboration email on day 2 also uses plain text.
Several subject lines use a conversational joke or exaggerated scenario. Examples include "Organize & Publish Docs Like a Pro (even if you’re not)", "Docs so clean, your GitHub stars might go up.", and "We use AI so you don’t have to summon Clippy from the grave." These examples pair feature references with humor.
Later messages use labels in their preview text, including "Day #2 of Archbee onboarding", "Day #3 Real-Time Collaboration with Multiplayer Mode", and "Day 7 - Scaling Docs: Variables, Snippets & Portals". One repeated subject is "Time to document like it’s a group project due tomorrow.", which appears on both day 2 and day 3 even though the content changes from Multiplayer Mode to the Review System.
How often, when and how Archbee emails its subscribers, measured from every email we received.
