Hello, MozFest is coming back to Barcelona, October 28–30, 2026. This year's theme is Wilding: a celebration of loosening rigid, centralized tech systems in favor of communities and technologies that grow more organically, collectively and intuitively. We're proud to be part of Barcelona Open Tech Week (OTW) 2026, a full week (October 26–30) bringing together the global open technology ecosystem: open source communities, digital rights advocates, researchers, public institutions and policymakers, all converging in Barcelona to shape the future of open, public-interest digital infrastructure. OTW is co-organized by Barcelona City Council, Decidim, Canòdrom – Ateneu d'Innovació Democràtica, Mozilla Foundation, Xnet and Accent Obert, 4D Conference, in collaboration with the Open Technology Symposium. Register for MozFest → During MozFest at Fabra i Coats, you'll find: Decidim Fest The 4D Conference on digital rights, People's Assembly for Open Technology Three co-located gatherings woven into the same site and days. One badge gets you access to all of the events at Fabra i Coats. And across the rest of the city, partners and allies are running their own events as part of the week: a research symposium, a policy summit on European tech sovereignty, a gathering on encryption, a story lab for documentarians exploring AI, and many others.
