Hi there, We’re writing to let you know that we’re updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We’ve outlined the main changes below. No action is needed from you. You can read the complete updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service by visiting the embedded links. We’re making some administrative changes and, as part of these changes, your agreement with us will be transferred to Bending Spoons Operations S.p.A. which will provide StreamYard to you We reorganized the structure of our legal terms and consolidated our User Terms of Service and Platform Terms into a single document We added information about certain features and the terms that apply to their use If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we added a new section setting out terms that specifically apply to you We clarified how billing and subscriptions work and specified that invoicing may be handled by a designated affiliate We updated our Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy to make them clearer We updated our contact details We updated our Privacy Policy to make it clearer and easier to read, and to better explain how and why we use your personal data, as well as how you can exercise your rights If you are already using StreamYard, these changes will go into effect on November 1, 2026. Until then, the previous version of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will still apply. By continuing to use StreamYard past November 1, 2026, you’re accepting the updated Terms of Service and acknowledging receipt of the updated Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to the updated Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should stop using StreamYard and close your account before November 1, 2026.
