Learn more ▸ Crisis in Yemen intensifies Escalating violence across Yemen has forced more than 85,000 people from their homes, deepening an already severe humanitarian crisis. Families are being forced to flee with little more than clothing on their backs. At the same time, sustained fighting, road closures, and telecommunications disruptions are making it increasingly difficult to reach affected communities. Prosper Global is responding to the crisis with emergency cash and food assistance, clean water and sanitation, and livelihood support. The U.S. Administration has proposed major cuts to international funding in the 2027 budget. These cuts come as global needs surge. An estimated 318 million people are facing acute hunger, and 45 million more could fall into crisis this year. Tell Congress to defend critical humanitarian funding that fuels food aid, disaster relief, and global development.
