Rankshift
Day 7 after signup
Rankshift just launched Actions π’
Suggested actions based on your own citation and prompt data, on one board.
Why it works
- Explain the new feature in terms of the practical job it helps users do before listing its capabilities.
- Build trust by showing what evidence informs recommendations and how users can control what they act on.
- Pair one clear call to action with a brief note about when users can expect the feature to become useful.
How it is built
- Feature launch greeting
- Action Center overview
- Suggestion evidence explained
- Filtering and action workflow
- Primary call to action
- Data timing and feedback note

New feature Hi [First name], We're so thrilled to share this one with you. The Action Center is now live in your project. It turns your Rankshift data into a clear, prioritized roadmap of what to do next, on-page and off-page, so you can move from insights to execution faster, whether you're managing one brand or many. Why an action shows up on your board You won't find high, medium or low labels here. We suggest the actions we expect to move the needle for your brand, and every card shows the data behind it: β Citations: how often AI models used the source in their answers β Prompt impact: how many of your tracked prompts it influences β Recency: when it was last seen in an answer You can judge each suggestion on its numbers and decide what fits your strategy. Filter by type (execute or analyse) and scope (on-page or off-page) to focus on the work that fits your team. From suggestion to done Accept a suggestion and it moves to your to-do list. Discard it if it is not relevant for you. You can also create your own actions. Open your Action Center β Don't worry if your Action Center is still empty. After you launch a project, it can take a few days before there is enough data to generate good suggestions. The Action Center is new, so your feedback counts. Reply to this email and tell us what works for you and what is missing. Kind regards, The Rankshift Team Follow our journey on LinkedIn π Unsubscribe
