Hi there,
We just launched something a lot of you have been asking for: a proper approval workflow, built right into Pallyy.
There's a new Approvals page under Review > Approvals. Every post that needs sign-off lives there, with a tab for each state, so you always know exactly what's waiting on who.
Here's how it works:
-
Internal and external reviews. Pallyy now has two approval flows: internal approval from your own team, and external approval from clients. Run either one, or both on the same post.
-
Request approval in one step. When saving a post, choose "Save and request internal approval" for your team, or external approval for a client.
-
Approve, approve with a comment, or request changes. Feedback lives in a comment thread on the post itself, with internal-only notes your clients never see, plus a full history of every change.
- The sidebar shows a count of posts waiting on review, so nothing slips through.
A few changes to be aware of if you already use approvals:
-
Approving a draft now schedules it. Once a post is signed off, it goes straight onto the calendar at its planned time. No separate scheduling step.
-
Requesting changes moves a post back to draft. If a scheduled post gets sent back for edits, it becomes a draft again and won't publish until it's approved. Nothing goes out mid-review.
-
New shared calendar setting: "Schedule post on approval". Turn it on and drafts your clients approve are scheduled automatically, without you touching them. You'll find it in your shared calendar settings.
- You'll also notice new wording in a few places: "Request internal approval", "Approve" and "Request changes" replace the old pending, approved and denied labels.
Approvals are available on Pro, Agency and Scale plans.

I'd love to hear what you think!
