Introducing Hosted Video in Galleries

You can now upload and host video directly on your portfolio gallery pages, right alongside your photos. No third-party embed codes, no juggling YouTube or Vimeo links, no custom page build required — just upload, and it's live on Format.

What you can do:

• Upload up to 20GB per video, in .mp4 or .mov
• Loop your work so it plays continuously
• Support vertical or landscape formats
• Customize your player — color, text/icon color, and accent color, so it matches your brand
• Replace a video anytime, without rebuilding your page

Runtime limits follow your plan: 15 minutes total on Pro, 120 minutes on Pro Plus.

Now your gallery can show the same range your work actually has — without needing to build a specific custom page.

Getting started is easy

Open any gallery, click "Add Item," and select "Video." From there, upload from your computer, import from Dropbox, or bring in a video from an existing Format page. Your video processes automatically, and you're ready to preview and publish.
