Overtime! ⏰ Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Of the two NFL games that went to overtime this weekend, one clearly stood out. You’d think it was the Bills narrowly edging out the Rams, but it was actually the Commanders totally forgetting the clock existed as time expired, resulting in a wild tie against the Giants. Over in the MLB playoffs, neither the Guardians nor the Brewers needed extra innings, but both are holding their rivals winless in the Championship Series thus far. On a side note, viewership continues to shift toward short clips over full episodes — further proof that my kids’ attention spans are officially gone for good.
