In addition to the plethora of deals we saw this week from both Amazon and Walmart, Paramount finally closed the biggest deal of them all. The new company, dubbed Skydance, saw its acquisition of WBD finally come to a close, and Warner execs are walking away with some pretty big paydays.
Disney+ will be live-streaming the Super Bowl in February, giving cord-cutters without access to ABC or ESPN another option.
