Hi there,

Quick gut-check: are you happy with how this year's margins look, or does something feel like it should be performing better by now?

Across the brands we work with — GRUNS, HexClad, Kitsch, Amberjack, RIDGE, and more — we've already helped generate over $1B in incremental revenue across the whole customer journey, from cart to thank you page and counting.

None of it came from more traffic.

It came from the traffic these stores already had.

Here's how that revenue actually splits across the merchant base:

revenue-share-chart

Post-purchase leads because it's hitting the customer at the single highest-intent moment in the entire journey — they've already committed, already paid, and there's no more "should I buy this at all" hesitation left standing between them and one more yes.

Before we get into specifics, it's worth knowing where you're starting from.

💡 Quick tip before we dive in:

Most merchants assume that once a post-purchase funnel is live, it's showing on close to every order. It's set up, it's turned on, so it's working.

WRONG

Across the store base we track, the average post-purchase show rate sits at just 25%. That means for the average store, 3 out of 4 eligible orders never see an offer at all.

Not declined. Not ignored. Never shown — usually because of a funnel that doesn't match every trigger, a payment method restriction.

What to do about it → create one funnel with its trigger set to "Show for All Customers," and give it the lowest priority so it only fires when nothing else matches.
