Introducing the Repaint Platform

Today, we're releasing our biggest update yet. Repaint can now build custom software for your business, like an online store, booking system, or client portal.

What's new

Repaint now has built-in tools for running your business:

• Payment processing for accepting payments directly on your website.
• Email sending for order confirmations, reminders, and newsletters.
• Customer accounts so people can sign in to see their own orders and bookings.
• Data storage for whatever your business needs to track.
• Custom dashboards to view and manage your business data.
• Scheduled tasks that run on their own, like a reminder the day before an appointment.

You set them up by describing what you need in the chat, just like building your website.

What's possible

With these, Repaint can build things like:

• Online stores with checkout and order tracking.
• Booking systems for appointments and classes.
• Membership programs with recurring billing and members-only content.
• Online courses that students work through at their own pace.
• Custom apps, like a client portal or an internal tool for your team.

You can add any of these to a website you already have in Repaint.

New plans

Repaint now has three monthly plans. All of them include the full platform, with different limits:

• Plus, $25/month. Standard weekly AI usage, 1 workspace seat, 3 custom domains, and 5,000 emails per month.
• Pro, $100/month. 4× the AI usage of Plus, 5 workspace seats, 10 custom domains, and 50,000 emails per month.
• Max, $200/month. 8× the AI usage of Plus, unlimited workspace seats, 25 custom domains, and 250,000 emails per month.

We're replacing the permanent free plan with a 14-day free trial, which lets us offer more capable AI models to everyone. The trial includes the full platform, so you can build and publish before choosing a plan.

Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction in the US, and varies by country.

What changes for existing accounts

If you have a subscription, it continues as usual, at the same price and billing schedule. That's true even for plans we no longer offer, like annual billing and the $50 Pro plan. If you're over the new seat or domain limits, you keep what you have, but adding more requires upgrading.

If you were on the free plan, your account is now on a 14-day free trial. When it ends, your workspace pauses and your published websites go offline until you choose a plan. Your work stays saved, and your websites go back online when you start one.
