HubSpot Jumps 7% as the Braze Deal Turns Klaviyo Into the Next Takeout Target
Masthead deck. The $5.66 billion Braze acquisition stopped being a Braze story on Thursday: HubSpot surged as much as 7% on takeover arithmetic, and Jefferies used the deal to float Klaviyo as the next candidate. Underneath the ticker tape, Spamhaus set a November deadline that will start delisting senders whose HELO and reverse-DNS records are broken, the first hard infrastructure rule of the quarter.
