I'm Eitan, one of the cofounders at Relace. Since late 2024, our mission has been to make it easier and cheaper to build great coding agents.

Initially, we focused on training specialized models to make autonomous coding possible -- embedding/rerank models for code retrieval and fast apply for code editing that customers like Lovable, Figma, and Magic Patterns relied on (see docs.relace.ai).

Recently, we've put all our learnings into our own product, Jacq.

It's a coding agent designed to have universal context over the tools you use every day, and built from the ground up to be structurally affordable. We offer all the best open source models, and use small, auxiliary models trained at Relace to make the experience smooth.
