Phew, what a week around here! 😅🎢

I mentioned I would send a Teachery Tuesdays ☕ email each week to stay in touch with you and report back on how things are going. As a reminder, we are a small team running Teachery, not some huge investor-backed faceless corporation.

Our Teachery 4.0 Roadmap 🗺️
One of the most common messages we received in the last week was, "when is {insert feature} coming to 4.0?"

That roadmap serves as our public record of what we're currently working on, what we have planned, and what's been completed.
We added a "Get notified" button on every feature if you want an email alert as soon as the feature goes live.
Notable feature releases:
⚡ Zaper/Make/Pabbly: November 15.
📧 Flodesk/Mailerlite/Mailchimp/Kit: November 15.
💰 PayPal: January 1, 2027.
If you don't see a date on an in-progress or planned feature, just know it will get done and we'll add a timeline when we have a free moment or know more 😇.
Tons of bug fixes 🐞
This past week was one for the record books in the amount of support tickets responded to, bugs squashed, and features updated.
Our team is working tirelessly to ensure Teachery 4.0 has all the features of Teachery 3.0 and we know there are a handful of gaps right now. We wish we had A) more hours in the day and B) about 100x development resources to work faster for you.
Please know we are reading every feedback request, bug report, and message you send in. Also, please remember we are a group of fellow human beings trying to help and support you when you send in your messages 😊.
Have you tried the AI Assistant*? 🤖
We will be the first to admit: Crappy AI chat experiences suuuuuck. We want to do the opposite with our AI Assistant in Teachery.
Our AI Assistant is getting more and more helpful every single day. Feel free to ask it to:
- Create 3 new lessons in your course and draft up some copy
- Build a Checkout Page and set up multiple prices
- Tell you where to find your favicon setting for your Community
- Take you to your Domain settings page
- And sooooo much more!
Are you a Claude or GPT user? Try the MCP!
One of the game-changer features in Teachery 4.0 is our MCP connector. If you've never used an MCP, it's SO EASY.
Just go to our Integrations page and copy the MCP instructions prompt and paste it into your Claude or GPT chat.
The AI Assistant and the MCP share the exact same abilities. But, your Claude or GPT has way more thinking capabilities than our built-in AI. Feel free to challenge your Claude or GPT to handle bigger tasks like:
- Changing 10 lessons in a course into sublessons
- Building a robust Landing Page using our block builder
- Creating a quiz for every lesson in your course
- Bulk adding promo codes with specific expiration dates
- And again, SOOOO MUCH MORE!
*We fully respect if you are not a fan of AI, you can turn off the AI Assistant in your account settings.
Migrating from 3.0 to 4.0 🚚
It's been awesome to see over 1,000+ courses and products have already been migrated from Teachery 3.0 to Teachery 4.0!
We have truly tried to make this process as seamless and simple as possible for our existing Teachery users.
Step 1: You make a copy of a Course, Product, or Hub in 4.0
Step 2: You edit/update that copy on 4.0
Step 3: You MOVE that copy fully to 4.0
The final MOVE step is the most important one as it keeps all your existing URLs intact. If you only copy a Course and then turn it online in 4.0, your 3.0 URLs will be broken. So make sure to finalize your move if you want to keep your existing URLs!
