Starting with plenty of news right out of the gate this week! As of this weekend, Sling is no longer offering one of its best features, Passes. The shorter 1-, 3-, and 7-day plans were amazing for those looking for a quick binge or just catching a weekend game or two, but it's back to business as usual for Sling. Paramount is almost ready to close its acquisition of WBD and become Skydance. It appears that the new company won't merge HBO Max and Paramount+, at least not yet, but will instead offer a bundle of the two streamers.
