- Clearer, more complete terms — We updated the Terms so they are easier to read and describe certain AI Features and Credits.
- Expanded privacy disclosures — We updated the Privacy Policy to address new US State privacy laws and to include more details on our use of viewer data, AI video content, and cookies on published Arcades.
- Authorized Subprocessor list — See our full list of authorized subprocessors at arcade.software/subprocessors. This list is comprehensive and includes new and existing vendors. We'll keep it current and record the date of each change. If you'd like email notice of future changes, contact us at security@arcade.software.
What This Means for You
By continuing to use our services on or after October 6, 2026, you agree to the updated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, AI Addendum, and Authorized Subprocessors. No other action is required on your part.
