Hey there,

I'm Mike Matthews, Founder of Legion.

Do you have any questions I can answer regarding diet, exercise, supplementation, health, or otherwise?

Just reply to this email and I’ll get back to you with my absolutely infallible answers. ;-)

Seriously though, in the last 19 years, I’ve experienced quite a bit in the fitness game.

I was once the newbie without a clue, following magazine workouts and buying hundreds of dollars of worthless supplements every month.

I was once the guy stuck in a rut and going through the motions without any noticeable improvement.

I was once the guy who thought dieting to get lean was far more complicated (and grueling) than it has to be.

I was once the guy who figured I didn’t have the genetics for a great physique.

Here I was, dumb-faced and tiny-calved:

And here’s me years later, stony-faced and still tiny-calved (hence the cropping):

Now how the heck did I do that?

Nope, I didn’t sell my soul to the Dread Lord Cthulhu or get on the chemical #dedication, either.

Instead, I learned the true fundamentals of building muscle, losing fat, and getting strong—–the 20% that delivers 80% of the results.

And with those basics, I built the body I’d always wanted.

But more importantly, I’ve helped people from all walks of life achieve similar results of their own (and faster than they ever thought possible).

And Paul:

And Jean:

And guess what?

You can do the same, and I can help.

That’s why I’m happy to answer any questions you might have related to diet, training, supplementation, or anything else.

Just reply to this email and you’ll hear back from me.

Go for it!
