Next Monday, the second Uneed Residency kicks off in Nantes! For one week, 13 founders will live and work together in a manor, and I'll share as much as I can along the way.

Getting ready for this edition gave me an idea I can't stop thinking about: what if the Residency never ended? I shared it on X. The plan would be to turn it into a permanent coliving for solo founders, a place where you could come for a week or a few months, build alongside other founders, and leave whenever you want.
