🚀 Self-hosted Pro licenses, faster API resource queries, and Console
performance optimizations.
Hi [First name],
Logto v1.45.0 is out, introducing Self-Hosted Pro licenses to unlock
premium capabilities for self-hosted deployments, faster API
resource queries in linear time, and Console performance
optimizations. Here's what's new.
Self-hosted Pro & licenses
Self-hosted deployments can now install a subscription license to
unlock premium capabilities while running entirely within their own
infrastructure:
-
Console team collaboration: Invite administrators
to manage the deployment via email invitations with secure
one-time account setup links.
-
Bring your own UI & CSP: Upload custom
sign-in UI bundles using your own storage and configure custom
Content Security Policy headers.
-
Remove Logto branding: Hide "Powered by
Logto" on the sign-in experience.
-
Higher SAML application limit: Create additional
SAML applications beyond open-source defaults.
-
Mandatory Console MFA: Enforce multi-factor
authentication for all administrators accessing the Console.
Install and manage licenses under
Tenant settings > License in Console or through
the Management API. Active subscribers can retrieve their production
and non-production keys directly from their account in Logto Cloud
Console.
Faster API resource queries
-
GET /api/resources?includeScopes=true now matches
scopes in linear time, eliminating slowdowns and handling tenants
with large numbers of resources.
-
GET /api/resources accepts
excludeManagementApis=true, allowing Console
permission pickers to filter out internal Management API resources
and prevent UI timeouts.
Other improvements and fixes
-
Custom UI ZIP uploads now verify that
index.html exists at the asset root before saving and
provide clear errors for unsupported compression formats.
-
Setting up Console MFA now opens Account Center in a new tab so
operators don't lose their Console navigation state.
-
OSS tenant settings now include a sticky save bar with unsaved
changes detection.
-
Updated the Next.js App Router guide example to declare the
Home component as async.
