Lighthouse AI is your new AI assistant inside the panel. Ask in plain language and get numbers, charts, and lists computed from your project's data. It also drafts segments, Knowledge Base articles, and Product Updates posts, always as unpublished drafts for your review. Conversations live in threads you can share with teammates, and the Question Bank shows everything you can ask.

🤖 MCP Server: 58 Tools, OAuth and EU Hosting

Your AI tools can now work with nearly every part of your UserGuiding project.

The MCP Server grew from 17 to 58 tools, covering analytics, materials, surveys, Knowledge Base, Product Updates, and feature requests. Connecting now uses OAuth with scoped permissions, and EU accounts are served from a dedicated EU server.

🔗 Mixpanel Cohort Sync

Target your Mixpanel cohorts with guides, surveys, and segments.

Mixpanel cohorts now sync into UserGuiding automatically via webhook. Build the cohort in Mixpanel and use it in UserGuiding right away, no CSV exports needed.

📝 Tables in the Knowledge Base and Product Updates Editors

Structured content finally has a proper home.

You can now add tables to Knowledge Base articles and Product Updates posts. Pricing comparisons, feature matrices, and anything else that belongs in rows and columns.

🔔 Email Notifications for Feature Requests

New feature requests land in your daily update email.

When end users submit requests, you get notified in your daily update email, alongside survey replies and your Knowledge Base and Product Updates reviews. Approve or add to your roadmap while the context is fresh.

💬 Comment Visibility Control for the Public Roadmap

You decide whether comments appear on your roadmap.

A new Commenting setting lets you display or hide comments on your Public Roadmap and Feature Request cards, right below the Voting controls.

🌅 Impact Reports Are Retiring

Impact Reports will be sunset at the end of October.

Everything they offered, and more, continues to live in UserGuiding through your dashboard analytics, weekly digest emails, and now Lighthouse AI, which can answer the same questions on demand.
