Email Marketing Automation Watch

As of 2026-10-24T05:24:12Z: the big email vendors again shipped nothing new, but one new agentic marketing-automation product (ThinkingStreams) entered public preview on 21 October, and Google's Gemini small-business brand hub is still only "rolling out in the coming days".

Email Marketing Automation Watch: ThinkingStreams Enters Preview While Big Vendors Hold Still

Executive Summary

Email vendors were quiet for a third day, and the new items came from outside the big platforms. Klaviyo's news listing still tops out at its 21 October K:SGP post. MarTech's email feed has nothing newer than a 20 October CRM segmentation article. Mailchimp's What's New page shows 30 September 2026 (Enterprise SSO) as its newest dated entry. Braze's latest release notes are still the 15 October 2026 release.

Two things are new. First, ThinkingStreams reached public preview, reported on 21 October. It is a B2B product built by two former ClickDimensions leaders, with a general availability target of the January 2027 timeframe. Second, I read Google's own 20 October announcement of the Gemini small-business hub, and a 23 October MIXED article adds fresh coverage. Rollout wording has not changed.

The pattern across both: marketing work is moving into agents that propose and people that approve. ThinkingStreams says people control the final products and execution. Braze's beta Agentic Standards checks campaigns before launch. Google tells owners to review generated output. Email design remains the gap: nothing dated inside the window.
